 QUIET DAYS


Daily from 12 Noon - 5pm


Sit in the Chapel of Christ's Stillness,  prayer room, or outside within the grounds, whatever you feel is right.


Quiet time is a daily time set apart 

to meet with the Lord. 


It's an appointment with God - a time to connect with Him; to make still our heart and listen to His voice, to bask in the warmness

 John Pulfer chair of the local branch of The Royal British Legion 

 will open the event.

Let’s raise our voices and sing God Save our Gracious Queen around the bonfire. 

Any monies raised on the night by Donations and Raffle will be split between The Royal British Legion and The Chapel of Christ’s Stillness.

Light refreshments included.

 Taizé is one of the world's most important sites of Christian pilgrimage. Each year tens of thousands of pilgrim’s flock to the small village of Taizé in central France to share in the community's way of life. Prayer and silence are at the heart of the Taizé experience.
