Daily from 12 Noon - 5pm

Sit in the Chapel of Christ's Stillness,  prayer room, or outside within the grounds, whatever you feel is right.

Quiet time is a daily time set apart 

to meet with the Lord. 

It's an appointment with God - a time to connect with Him; to make still our heart and listen to His voice, to bask in the warmness of His love for us.

Confident of His deep love for us 

and to love Him 

Tea and coffee provided

Steve will be here to guide you.  

Using cairns in gardens provides a site for reflection, as the contrasting colours and shapes of the stones create a calming, peaceful feeling. 

What are Cairns? 

In simple terms, a cairn is a pile of stones or rocks artfully constructed with no tools or mortar to hold them together. Cairns have been used for thousands of years. In ancient times, they served as an intricate form of art. .

 John Pulfer chair of the local branch of The Royal British Legion 

 will open the event.

Let’s raise our voices and sing God Save our Gracious Queen around the bonfire. 

Any monies raised on the night by Donations and Raffle will be split between The Royal British Legion and The Chapel of Christ’s Stillness.

Light refreshments included. 

Dress warmly.

The evening will end with a spectacular Fireworks display.
